Incredible support team - they talk to you in WhatsApp and also FaceTime you as required to ensure you can setup the integration, but the team are also experts on eBay and how to setup your store. Customer service and support is Great. It is a bit confusing at first and I had a lot of errors in listings, so It took a while to get migrated from my old system
