excellent customer service. Super fast and very reactive. I was helped in a few issues I had while starting implementing and the guys from CED helps me a lot. There were immediately chatting and resolve the issue within minutes. It takes a little time to understand the system how CED works, but then its perfekt and very effective. Sync works great now and we already sold one item while chatting! Absolutely recommend.

Called Tech support to help clear up some issues and they were prompt and courteous. Am using CedCommerce software at the no fee level which in itself is an amazing deal. And then free prompt and courteous tech support too? I'm giving these guys a 5-star rating and am considering upgrading to a paid plan. Just need to sell some more watch bands. I installed this App because I wanted to have my Shopify connect to EBay. Downloading was easy and the app user friendly. However, I came to a point where I could not upload my 250+ items due to multiple errors in my setup. I contacted support and Rishu was great at not only quickly solving my problems, but also explaining, so that I could learn. I'm pretty impressed so far, Yes it takes a bit of work getting everything up and running and bit of patience, But once you've sussed it out' It is very easy to use. I used channel grabber years ago and that was good, but with just starting up again and building from own website first this time i'm looking forward to concentrating on getting the sales in now. Would highly recommend cedcommerce.

The truth is that the application is a damn pain, it is slow and complicated to configure and assistance in the online chat are also very slow and I have hours waiting to solve things, I have more than 24 hours of work in several days with this and I still have not managed to leave it running, also assistance in Spanish only have it in the online chat and the interface is only in English.
For the moment I can only put one star and it seems too much considering that all the comings and goings of bad synchronized products are costing me money of publication on ebay.
also in the free version which in reality is not a free version, but it is only a few credits that are not updated per month, so as soon as there are 10 sales on ebay and you have to move to a paid plan.
I have a decent sized store (~5000 listings) and our previous integration solution broke and left us with no ability to ship out orders. Rishu was extremely helpful in getting our Shopify listings imported and linked to the existing eBay listings. Excellent customer service, he walked me thru every process and was able to solve every question I had. Much better experience than Codisto customer service.
