CedCommerce eBay Integration

I installed the app to integrate with my ebay shop. I found the staff Sahil very helpful and the integration had some clitches initially but was able to sync to my ebay shop. The only issue I have is the limit for free plan, and the pricing is a little expensive. Overall, not to difficult to install and configure. I would recommend.

I’ve just started using the CedCommerce eBay Integration with my Shopify store, and the experience so far has been excellent. The setup process was smooth, and the app interface is user-friendly. It made the initial product listing and syncing with eBay straightforward.

Even in the early stages, I can see how helpful this tool will be in managing inventory and orders across platforms. The support team has been very responsive and guided me through setup questions quickly and professionally.

Looking forward to using more features as I go. Great start so far!

Excellent Support and Easy Setup!

I was really impressed with the level of support from the CedCommerce team. They called me directly and walked me through the entire setup process step by step, which made everything so much easier to understand. The app itself is user-friendly and works well for syncing my Amazon,eBay, Etsy, and Walmart listings with Shopify. I appreciate the patience and guidance their team provided; it made a big difference! Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple and effective way to manage Amazon,eBay, Etsy, and Walmart from Shopify.

Super buggy software. Almost everything appears to be done in batch instead of real-time because you have to trigger most things through menu items. There are many steps to getting a product on Ebay and then when you do get one on, sometimes CED gets out of sync and you have to do everything again. It's also not intuitive to me and does not follow the logic of how you would sell on Ebay. It's also a separate app and not integrated into the Shopify UI.

They must pay for positive reviews, this product is horrible we are having duplicate sales constantly, I paid more for dedicated support they do not reply in a timely manner, even if you send a detailed issue report they want a 1 hour call every time for you to show problem, this is eating up so much of my time, when they fix it they are doing so manually so the bugs are still in the program, they try to upsell you everyday on other products. When your rep quits you are left with no good way to ask for help, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT they are frauds.

We have been using CEDCommerce's ebay integration with Shopify for several years now. It is easy to setup and easy to use. Even when we do have questions support is always there to provide assistance.

I have had a problem with out of stocks on an ongoing basis, most of the agents are always pointing fingers as you did this or that. I am a sole proprietor and I know I did it, it was not beneficial to get me riled up by always accusing me.

Today was different, I had an order not sync and went to the chat to see what had happend. Sahil Pandey was my agent today, no finger pointing, just this is why, and then options to fix it without me having to jump through hoops. I really appreciated Sahil's style if you want to call it something, of dealing with me. Sahil even created the order for me. No one, no one has ever offered that before.

I have only just started using the product but have found it feature rich and quite easy to use. The onboarding process was very helpful which included help to get my first product uploaded to Ebay. The 24hr seven day support ensures I have the help I need should I come across any challenges.
