Very handy product for linking ebay and shopify. Great customer service as well! Would recommend if you want to push ebay orders to shopify.

Customer service is great and very responsive as I've been getting setup. I also appreciate the Free plan until I get established on ebay.

The only thing this app does well is sync orders. Beyond that, it's complicated and clumsy to set products up to sync to eBay. Once done though, the syncing is very finnicky and, for us, has never worked without manual intervention. Code seems held together with string and tape.
Chatted with support, who opened a ticket for us 11 days ago. No response from CEDCommerce despite us following up.
Excellent response times, all queries dealt with quickly and efficiently. We are currently using CedCommerce for our eBay orders and would recommend.
