CedCommerce eBay Integration

They must pay for positive reviews, this product is horrible we are having duplicate sales constantly, I paid more for dedicated support they do not reply in a timely manner, even if you send a detailed issue report they want a 1 hour call every time for you to show problem, this is eating up so much of my time, when they fix it they are doing so manually so the bugs are still in the program, they try to upsell you everyday on other products. When your rep quits you are left with no good way to ask for help, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT they are frauds.

We have been using CEDCommerce's ebay integration with Shopify for several years now. It is easy to setup and easy to use. Even when we do have questions support is always there to provide assistance.

Special thanks to Abhijeet for helping me very quickly.
The app works fine, even by just using the free plan - we are now considering getting a paid plan.
It’s a time saving solution and helps with getting a new target group.

I have had a problem with out of stocks on an ongoing basis, most of the agents are always pointing fingers as you did this or that. I am a sole proprietor and I know I did it, it was not beneficial to get me riled up by always accusing me.

Today was different, I had an order not sync and went to the chat to see what had happend. Sahil Pandey was my agent today, no finger pointing, just this is why, and then options to fix it without me having to jump through hoops. I really appreciated Sahil's style if you want to call it something, of dealing with me. Sahil even created the order for me. No one, no one has ever offered that before.

This was the best experience that I have had with any of the agents thus far, so, so appreciated. thanks again Sahil...... many thanks...ET

I have only just started using the product but have found it feature rich and quite easy to use. The onboarding process was very helpful which included help to get my first product uploaded to Ebay. The 24hr seven day support ensures I have the help I need should I come across any challenges.

Had to get my app updated today for Ebay with CED!! What a GREAT experience!! The customer service is as always INCREDIBLE! I need a lot of hand holding and they excel in that regard!! The tech was attentive and friendly the whole way through. I have 5 stores with CED doing eBay, Walmart, and Etsy! If your serious about having a e commerce partner that's with you each step of the way through your Shopify store, you have found that partner!! 10 Stars on a 5 Star scale!!

We're now on our third store, and we’re still sticking with CedCommerce for eBay integration. Why? Because they’re easy to work with on pricing, super helpful whenever we run into issues, and the app itself is a breeze to use. Highly recommended!

Super app...we have been using for over a year and has significantly improved our Ebay sales. Support is amazing and very responsive to all requests.

Super helpful and responsive when setting up. Sold 3 products in the first 24 hours. Was seamless, once you learn the dashboard.

This app has been a game-changer for our business! It seamlessly integrates Shopify with eBay, making inventory management and order fulfillment so much easier. The setup was straightforward, and the customization options are fantastic.

The customer support team is outstanding—always responsive and extremely helpful. Whenever we had questions, they provided clear guidance and ensured everything was running smoothly.
