Not fit for purpose. Installed it and seemed to be working great - but won't let me delete fields now from the form. Worse still, everytime I rename a field, it adds it as an additional one too. Tried re-installing and encountered all sorts of problems there too that Shopify Support had to solve. Reached out to the app developer for support but not heard anything back after 24 hours. Shame, as the app has the functionality I need - it just doesn't work properly.
Hi Helping Hand,
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you faced — and for the delay in our response. Unfortunately, your support email landed in our spam folder, which caused us to miss it. We’ve since fixed this issue to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
We’d really like to help resolve the problems you mentioned — deleting and renaming fields should work smoothly, and our team can fix that for you right away. We’ve now replied to your email, so we can get this sorted quickly.
Thank you for pointing this out — we genuinely value your feedback and are working to ensure your experience is much better from here on.
App works well. Does what we need it to do with easy customization. Submitted a few feature requests to support, that would make it a 5 star.
Thank you for the review, we have responded to your request and asked about some further details from your side, please get in touch with us and we can add the required features as soon as possible
Regards
