I installed and then deleted this app cuz I didn't get it at first. Big mistake. I got a nice email from the company and I gave it another shot. I was still a bit confused but tech support (specifically Harel) was super helpful. Helped me understand their app better and even how to use it in conjuction with Shopify's Search & Discovery app. Now it does everything I need.

This is app is better than every other upsell app out there, the team is super helpfull and they will customize the app for you personally to fit your needs. Its super fast and fully customisable to meet your store's branding requrirements. Super easy to understand UI as well. I have added this app to all my stores!
At first, I was a little skeptical because I saw only 5-star reviews and thought it might be too good to be true. But after installing and actually speaking with the support team, everything made sense. The support is truly amazing - they responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and even guided me step by step on how to get the best setup for my store.
What really impressed me is that already in the first days I could see results. Extra revenue started coming in almost immediately, which is rare with apps like this. It’s clear that EcomStar Upsells was built to actually make a difference, not just add another feature to the store.
I can say with confidence that I’ll definitely keep using it. Between the results and the outstanding support, this app fully deserves the 5 stars.
