We take every review seriously, but this one doesn't reflect a real experience with Intelis. This store never actively used the app, and we have no support request on record from this account. The same reviewer posted a 5-star review on July 28 ("Fantastic app… the support team is responsive. Definitely worth trying.") and later changed it to the exact opposite wording. We've flagged this review and reported it to Shopify's Partner team, recommending its removal, and they are handling it.
