We are running on Shopify Plus and have been working with EdgeCTP for a long time. Two things stand out for us. First is the ability to keep your promise to the customer; in this regard, we’ve had a truly seamless experience. Second is the communication from the EdgeCTP team. They have been in close contact with us throughout their feature development processes and in addressing our specific requests. Their response time is remarkably fast. We use nearly 30 apps, and it is rare to find an application experience that is this smooth and delivers such high-quality results.
Thanks so much for the thoughtful review — it really means a lot, especially coming from a Shopify Plus store. We’ve loved working with your team and are glad things have been running smoothly. Appreciate the trust and looking forward to building more together.
Great app for shipping internationally. The team is super helpful in setting up everything and getting you're store ready to ship across the world!
Thanks so much for this, really appreciate it. Glad we could help get everything set up and that international shipping is running smoothly for you. We’re always around if you need us :).
Thanks for the 5 stars! We’re glad EdgeCTP is working well for you and appreciate you taking the time to leave a rating.
