Blotout EdgeTag

After using Blotout for a couple months, we decided to drop them from our stack and noticed no difference. If anything, Blotout was taking credit for a lot of Klaviyo pixel events that would’ve happened anyway (it's very easy to spot check these). Event match quality in Facebook was marginally better, but I don’t think it warrants the cost or complexity. Install Shopify CAPI and save money.

Blotout EdgeTag has greatly improved the signals from my Facebook ad account and integrated Klaviyo, TikTok, and Google with the same quality. Whenever I have an issue, the team is always available to solve it and make configurations according to my needs.

It took weeks to get a reply regarding a refund of $600 for add-on upgrades that were completely ineffective- this was after two years of using them. Our Meta pixel is littered with Velocity events that were never removed once the service was discontinued so I’ll likely start over with a fresh pixel now that I’ve uninstalled Edgetag. It seems they grew too fast to keep up with their customer service

We really needed this for our store. It is hard for the common folk to know how to make the data flow well and it is not easy to validate. Gratefully Blotout has taken this out of our stress basket and we can now continue to evolve the business as we should! Amazing performances, which is the most crucial factor in choosing this type of software.

Aziz is the man! Met with me right away to help fix my screwup!

We never got properly onboarded. Initial call was great but we must of got lost in their slack. Not sure if we have been getting charged for the app too? Would appreciate a refund if so.

Love the app. Helped us to turn things around with Meta during instability issues. The team is super responsive and helpful.

Practically a cheat code for increasing sales across PPC channels. Highly recommend. Easy to enable and very effective at improving sales.

The Blotout team is undeniably the best I've ever worked with. They feel like an actual part of your business, beyond a partner. The team is always pushing innovation...and we're excited by the fact they always try to break new ground -- which is what you want when it comes to world of Meta.

Huge huge props to the whole team of bloutout!

Blotout have really taken the stress out of tracking for us. We measured the uplift in matched events and can now be at peace knowing everything is covered.
