1st top notch support, fast turn around when you need it, but guess what, most of the time you do not even need to reach out to support because it just works :)

DO NOT INSTALL -- the developers have abandoned this app and support emails are bouncing back. Shopify needs to remove this from the app store immediately.

Edit Order bolsters the efficiency of Shopify as used in our Wild Ideas, LLC storefront. Adjusting sales by quick and easy partial refunds is an excellent feature.

Good, solid app which is intuitive to use.
When an order is edited a new order is created and the old order cancelled which makes things clear.
Fantastic support also. Highly recommended!

Technically 3 or 4 stars but all of the limitations are caused by the Shopify platform itself, not the app. Why most of this functionality is not built into Shopify I don't know and these guys are trying to make the best of a poor order management system.
