eesel: AI Chatbot & Live Chat

Eesel is one of the best AI programs we've ever used for customer support. The team is wonderful to work with, and the tool is exactly what we needed. Eesel connected seamlessly with our help desk and subscription platform app. It is incredibly user-friendly when it comes to set-up and customizing workflows. We've had poor experiences with other AI tools, where it required complex developing knowledge to get anywhere. Not with Eesel. You can tell Eesel exactly what you want to achieve in plain conversational language, and it will take care of the rest. Not to mention it's affordable and non-binding. So happy to be working with Eesel!

The eesel team has built quite a helpful tool for our purposes. We have tens of thousands of historical Zendesk tickets and Shopify orders that we need to pull information from and eesel helps us do that efficiently. It also helps us to complete administrative tasks across systems including Shopify more quickly.

Perhaps most importantly, the eesel team (both human and agentic) is very responsive and has been a big help in setting up, troubleshooting, and even testing out new features and approaches.

Very good application of AI technology for our Webstore. Easy to use and incredibly helpful for our customers while easing the burdon of technical support and parts identification from our staff.
