This app broke my website navigation even though the app was hidden from the storefront/site.
This is a serious issue because it affected the functionality of my live website without being visible to customers. I also tried contacting your support through Live Chat, but no one responded, even though an agent was showing as available online.

We're truly sorry for the frustration this experience has caused, especially when it involved your live website's navigation. We understand how important it is to keep your storefront functioning properly, and we take reports like this seriously.
To clarify, when our app embeds are disabled, our app should not interfere with your storefront. However, we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate your specific case further to understand what happened and identify the cause of the navigation issue.
We're also sorry that you didn't receive a timely response through Live Chat. Your message came in during a shift handover, which unfortunately resulted in a longer wait than expected.
