We’ve had such a great experience working with Emersoft! Their software has solved so many issues we’d been struggling with for a long time and has been a huge help for our bookstore. The team has been wonderful to work with, and we especially appreciate how receptive they are to feedback. They really listen to their users and are constantly making improvements based on what we need. It’s clear they care about the businesses using their software. We’re so glad we found them and would highly recommend Emersoft!
Having Emersoft as our technical support team gives us immense confidence in operating and developing our store. They are professional, engaging, consistent, fast, and solution oriented. Furthermore, their industry experience truly sets them apart, as we know they fully understand our specific needs. The Emersoft Shopify app is very user-friendly, making it simple to import books and manage orders.
Emersoft has made running a bookstore online much easier. I love that they are really learning the industry, the publishers, and the indie bookstores themselves. They have made massive improvements to the app in the short time I've been with them which shows they are actively listening and participating in the unique needs of bookstores.
