Outstanding Customer Support and Excellent App

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this app and, more importantly, with the support team behind it.

From the moment I reached out with my questions, they were incredibly responsive, professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Every concern was addressed clearly, and they took the time to ensure I fully understood the setup and functionality of the app. It’s rare to find this level of customer service nowadays.

The app itself does exactly what it promises and provides a simple yet powerful solution for managing customer approvals. The interface is straightforward, easy to configure, and integrates smoothly with Shopify.

What truly sets this app apart is the team behind it. Their dedication to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that I’m using a product supported by people who genuinely care about their users’ success.

If you’re looking for a reliable customer approval solution and want to work with a team that provides exceptional support, I highly recommend this app.

Thank you for the excellent service and for going above and beyond to help me. Keep up the great work!

Excellent App for Controlled Customer Access and Outstanding Support
We use Enhance: Approve New Customers to verify new clients before granting access to our B2B environment. The app is stable, easy to configure, and performs exactly as promised.
What truly stands out is the quality of the customer support: fast, professional, and very solution-oriented. Every question was handled immediately and with clear communication, which gives great confidence in both the functionality and the team behind the app.
For any merchant who needs an approval flow or restricted access for specific customers, this app is highly recommended.
