InfoShore eBay Integration

Excellent app and outstanding customer support. Pankaj was extremely patient and helped me configure my eBay Motors integration, inventory and price synchronization, and order sync with Shopify. He stayed with me until everything was working correctly. Great service and highly recommended!

Their team responded quickly, helped us configure the correct filtering and syncing rules, and patiently resolved every issue we encountered. The app has saved us an enormous amount of manual work. I have been using these guys for years. I recently added the Amazon importer to my services. The customer service chat is always great and they will spend time with you and answer and help in anyway they can. Great apps and company to work with.

Support is wonderful for this app. I was having problems figuring out how to change my primary store from ebay to shopify and support was quick to jump on it and help me out. We even changed it so that all of my imported products from ebay are now syncing with additional percentage for ebay fee markup. Thanks ebay integration team!

I would highly recommend Infoshore. Customer Service and response time have been outstanding. Live chat has been a great feature and they guided us and assisted with every step of our Ebay Store import into Shopify. We had a challenge that required a custom script for our Ebay descriptions to import correctly into our product page on Shopify. I’ve only recently started using the App, so I’m still working through a few teething issues as I transition from another app that recently shut down. That said, the support has been fantastic, and the team has been incredibly helpful in working through the setup issues with me.
