Require a signed waiver before customers add to cart or check out, online or at your POS counter.

Upload the waiver you already use. esigned finds the blanks and places the fields, so there's nothing to rebuild. Choose when customers sign: before a product goes in the cart, at checkout, by email after they buy, or at the counter with Shopify POS or a printed QR code. Already ask shoppers to tick an "I agree" box? Ticking it can open a signature pad. Every signed PDF carries an audit trail and is linked to its order. Built for rentals, tours, studios, classes and events.

The app is great. We transitioned from paper contracts to eSigned and our customers love it. There were a few things that required customization to help with a smoother process - Gracie was able to help us and they were able to address in a timely manner. Worked great for our use.
