The app is great. We transitioned from paper contracts to eSigned and our customers love it. There were a few things that required customization to help with a smoother process - Gracie was able to help us and they were able to address in a timely manner. Worked great for our use.
we are very satisfied with this app. The features are extremely helpful, the capability to show the costumers on the receipt, be able to capture the clients by the phone number and so on it is amazing. thanks Gracie for all you do Aloha
I absolutely love this app! The customer service is exceptional, and my tech support representative, Gracie, was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to provide hands-on troubleshooting and answer all of my questions. It’s rare to find this level of support, and it made the entire experience stress-free. This app has been a fantastic investment for my website, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both a great product and outstanding customer service.
