Essent Loyalty Program Rewards

We have evaluated many Loyalty apps, but when we learned that Essential had launched its Loyalty app, we immediately installed it because it had all the features we were looking for. We had previously used one of the Essential apps, so we were confident about the customer service and the robustness of the app. It proved to be right, offering seamless integration, allowing us to launch our loyalty program in just two days thanks to support from Sebastian. We were told that multi currency and analytics features are still under development, we are sure they will be completed in the next release. Highly recommended for e-commerce stores like ours.

Tiene niveles VIP, programa de referidos, e incluso te da la opción de elaborar una landing exclusiva para el programa de puntos.

y muy importante, el soporte del chat es muy rápido solucionando dudas.

Absolutely devastated! I spend days working on my rewards program with customising it to my store. They have issues in the app where any changes you make with adding custom images and removing/adding sections don't update on the store. I contacted support and they advised that you have delete and readd the block for it to update. The support person had access to my store and when I got back from dinner they had deleted all my days' work of customising my page and I don't remember everything I did as it isn't an easy app to navigate. They didn't create a copy of the store so I have lost everything and have to redo it all again. Gutted!

Currently I have been looking for a Loyalty and Rewards Program for our online shop. This app is excellent! 100% Recommended. The admin app panel are easy to navigate and is fully customizable to include you can add you own custom icons. Don't waste your time looking else where like I did. This is the best app for loyalty and rewards Program available.

I'm glad I found an app that was in there begin stages. Love to make a business grow (also mine hehe). I did everything what they asked and set up the program. I didn't see where I could log in because it wasn't showing in the menu. I contacted support and they immidiatly helped me out with a video from my own store. The only problem I see is I can't get the language right but I hope they will fix it later. Thank you for this, love it and I hope my customers to.

So far the app is excellent. We have been using it for a bit and the clients love it. Great app for rewards!!!

One thoing I will mention though as this is a new app and growing. Having options to see all the clients in specific tiers would be awesome. Right now we do by calculating the points but a click button would be nice.
