Amazing and easy to use! My customers love this program and it's made to be very easy for them to use. Also not cumbersome at all when it comes to setting up different parts of the program. I loved how easy this was to work within Shopify. Very happy I found them!

The support team is fast, efficient and very helpful. I highly suggest you try this app. I do in home parties and the women are always excited to see how fast they accumulate points that they can redeem for rewards. It definitely encourages repeat business and loyalty.

For the given moment everything is running smoothly. As expected there a a bit of things that can be changed, but for a free loyalty rewards app it works really good, all the information is very clear and it's pretty straight forward. We have evaluated many Loyalty apps, but when we learned that Essential had launched its Loyalty app, we immediately installed it because it had all the features we were looking for.
