Essent Loyalty Program Rewards

Very flexible app. Can be left simple or customized. Juan, Bryan, Tara, and Angelica have all been very helpful the several times I've had to reach out. Our store is unfortunately a bit more complex but they have been happy to help.

We're using Essent Loyalty Program Rewards for our points & rewards program on our Hong Kong store, and recently ran into an issue we couldn't solve on our own. Essent's support team responded quickly, understood the problem right away, and got it fixed for us. They were patient, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout. It's reassuring to know there's a responsive team behind the app as we continue building out our loyalty program. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience with the Essential Loyalty app\! Beyond the app's features, their support team is truly top-notch. I had a few specific technical needs regarding design adjustments (CSS) and import troubleshooting, and Jemuel was incredibly helpful. He was patient, responsive, and solved the issues quickly. Great app for running a loyalty programme, and the support team has been excellent. Shammer in particular was really helpful getting our custom point redemption setup sorted before our go-live. Would recommend to any Shopify store looking to migrate their loyalty programme over.

I have been loving using this app!
I had an accessibility issue with some features, and the team replied very quickly, and they fixed everything in less than a day.

We found this app really easy to use and set up. It integrates well with our online store and we feel like its added real value not only to us but our customers. The VIP tiers and points based discount rewards have been game changer.

Literally dont get any other app. I just spent 2 hours on another affiliate type app because we wanted customer referral codes. Then I found that this app already had it and so I clicked through to figure it out. It took me LESS THAN 10 MINUTES TO SET IT UP. it Literally did everything for me. It looks AMAZING! And I threw away that other time suck app immediately. This is the only app you need for you store. Even the free version was awesome but we loved it so much we upgraded to essential WHICH WAS ALSO MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE OTHER APP.

An app that does exactly what it says it does, just what I need. The support is extremely responsive and has always been very helpful with the things that I don't quite have the skills to do myself.
