Essent Preorder Back in Stock

I decided to checkout a new Back In Stock App after a large price rise from a competitor and I'm glad that I did. Quick to setup and so easy to use. Had a minor issue with a font not being bold (theme issue) and after dropping a message to support at 10pm this was resolved by the next morning.
Really impressed with the speed of response and now also have Preordering which was not available to me with the competitor. I will be checking out their other Apps too.

Essential Preorder worked great for our pickleball paddle launch. We were able to clearly communicate preorder timing and estimated availability, while also customizing the styling to match our brand and website. Setup was straightforward, and the app gave us the flexibility we needed to make the preorder experience feel seamless for customers. Definitely recommend it for product launches and upcoming releases.

I have used this app a couple of times and have found it really useful, and the support - to the limited extent I have needed it - has been prompt and helpful and available. This is great. As a small business with non-standard, curated inventory from small batch suppliers, I need to be able to take pre-orders and to be able to notify people when the item they want is back in stock, since I am often not entirely certain of when goods will arrive. The Essential Preorder product is the perfect solution for this. I don't need this app all the time, nor for all products. So, being able to configure it to my circumstances for specific products at specific times is really helpful. For the rare circumstance where I need to apply a pre-order option to all products (say, I am taking a vacation), this helps the store remain in business online with customers being informed that their order will ship in X days (when we're back). So, it's a perfect little helper, and priced fairly for my small scale.

Straightforward app. Been using it for about a month, no trouble at all even when updating the theme. I did however encounter an issue where the pre-order button wasn't showing when I published a specific campaign but the team (shoutout to Matas) was very quick to troubleshoot and fix. Would definitely recommend!

The best app for automating sales through pre-orders and back-to-stock notifications. It has many features and is easy to use. Their support team is wonderful; they genuinely care about resolving your concerns and are open to your suggestions. Bryan and Shammer were very kind and addressed a really big need for my online store. I didn't think they would be able to solve my problem in a single day, but they did. Highly recommended. This is simple, slick, and does exactly what I hoped that it would. You can offer preorders on products only once they sell out, or have them turned on all the time (give the customer a discount if they choose preorder instead of buy now, etc.). Another great app from Essential
