Jemuel is super helpful and the app works great!
Great little tool that we've been using for a while now, plus the support is great. Thanks guys.
I reached out to the Essential team to fix a button formatting issue, and Sebastian got back to me within 5 minutes. I was surprised and delighted at the quick turnaround! He quickly fixed the button. He was professional, friendly, and communicated in a way that was easy to understand. This team is buildling a great app with the support to back it up. I highly recommend!!!!

Great customer support - and while I believe there is room for improvement with some features, I feel it accomplishes the most important aspects of preorder campaigns very effectively with good UI.
