i have a mostly preorder model so this app has been invaluable and has allowed me to formalize that process. the recent Omnisend integration will be extremely useful as that's the email platform i use. i spoke with Andy N about some features i would like to see with this integration as well as some clarifying questions, and he was prompt and extremely helpful with his responses

Having migrated from WooCommerce over to Shopify, finding all the apps that are needed can be a minefield of testing and evaluation.
The ability to allow pre-orders was successfully created using Essential Preorder.
Within a short time, the system was running and adjusted to enable the site to go live. A small tweak being made to enable full integration.

Amazing customer service! The Essent team went in to my Shopify theme and tweaked some things on the back end to help fix an issue with my back in stock button - it was totally hands off for me and I was impressed how quickly they resolved my issue!
