Free Shipping Discounts ‑ SC

Outstanding support. I had a complex setup — Zapiet handling delivery rates, subscription and volume discounts that couldn't break, and a free-shipping promo that had to apply only when a specific product was in the cart. Shopify's native discounts can't do that, and the alternative would have meant upgrading my plan plus another app, roughly $800/year more.

This app solved it for $7.99/month. But what really stood out was the support team. They diagnosed why my first rule wasn't matching (my store's rates register as generic shipping, not "local delivery"), they caught that a rule I'd asked to deactivate was still live, and when I gave them the wrong rate names they suggested a more robust condition so the same mistake couldn't happen again. Every reply came fast and with a clear explanation of what they were about to change and why.

Highly recommended, especially if your shipping setup isn't straightforward.

Service client hyper reactif, et très compétent, Merci Mira

Mira was very helpful, patient, and quick to respond. She explained everything clearly and made sure it was working before we finished. Great customer support!

Ran into a minor glitch having multiple shipping profiles and Mira was attentive, patient and helped me find a great solution.

The app is intuitive and powerful. Worked well. We had a question and got an answer in minutes. Very excellent service.

Mira was amazing, as usual! Many thanks!

I just installed this app and it does everything I needed it to do. The Chat support is awesome as well, I actually got a real person immediately and my questions were answered very promptly. Some of the best support I have experienced. Thanks

Really great app this for anyone who does drop shipping especially and has multiple product partners. When someone orders multiple products from different suppliers i can offer a discount easily which isnt an option in shopify. also rapid customer service :)

This app is fantastic! The service even better they literally set up a extremely complex shipping rule up in seconds.

Nice features, let's me combine free shipping with other discount codes.
