InfoShore Etsy Integration

Great app with excellent customer support! The team responds almost immediately and always helps resolve any issues. I’m really grateful for how easy and fast it is to sync and transfer my products between Etsy and Shopify. It saves me so much time and makes managing my online stores much easier. Highly recommended!

We use several InfoShore Apps to provide connectivity. If you are in need of ETSY integration for your Shopify store, this is an app that is at the top of the list. We very strongly recommend using this app for ETSY. Once installed it will work as described and reliably. Once you try this app, you may save your valuable time concluding there is no need to waste your time testing multiple apps. Just as importantly, their customer support is incredibly responsive (even on weekends). The C.S. team at InfoShore is also very proactive. They have notified me regarding issues well before I notice any issue exists. They fix things very, very quickly. In fact we requested a custom feature for our needs. We asked them if they could process and transfer 4 custom metadata fields we built in to Shopify to resolve an issue with our listings. They implemented and tested our required code change request in less than a week. At no additional cost. That pretty much sums up the entire incredible team at InfoShore. Do yourself a favor. Give their apps a fair evaluation. We are sure you will like what you see.

Wow! What a time saver. I didn't expect the integration to be so easy. All of my shopify items were added to Etsy withing minutes. Pankaj was there every step of the way to answer my questions. I am very pleased with this app and the customer service.

This is a great app and saves so much time with importing to shopify. I did encounter a few issues with variations importing incorrectly, but the support team have gone above and beyond to fix it and now it works perfectly. With over 5000 listings to import its a lifesaver!

Honestly, the platform was so seemless to integrate. zero hiccups. Orders flow, listings sync, fulfillment tracks. It just works. Would absolutely recommend. Support is extremely good. Back when I installed it, I had a support rep message me within 2 minutes of installing to ask if I needed help at all. He was able to walk me through the app (despite being very user friendly already) and help me get the listings pushed into Etsy right away.

It is good for basic syncing and importing, but it does have limitations. There was no option for product tags and some other important things to fill in on an actual listing, which is not ideal for bulk. Also the order syncing does not push a delivery address to shopify and updating tracking automatically was also a hassle. I ended up building a better solution myself

Great customer service, speedy way to transfer products from Shopify to Etsy.
I do hope in future they allow the customer to swap between Etsy accounts, that would be a great feature to have.
