EU legal guarantee notice & GARAN label on unlimited products — mandatory 27 Sept 2026.
From 27 September 2026, Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 requires every shop selling to EU consumers to show the harmonised legal guarantee notice before purchase and in the order confirmation — with no transition period. Non-compliance is enforceable by national consumer authorities.
