Best app for easy cookie bar. The wording and color of the cookie bar can also be customized. And it's free! This is exactly the app I wanted.

First of all, it is a free app. It is great, I have no complaints.
I've tested the EU GDPR cookie bar with VPN. It works perfectly
The service officer EJ helped me within several minutes.

*STOP* Don't waste your time. This app is free, but is NOT Google GCM V2 compliant. So using it doesx not help you ANYTHING here in the EU.
If you need a GDPR cookie consent tool - this is the one to skip and not consider sinceit's useless.

I've read your recent feedback about our app, and I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience you may have faced.
However, it seems that there might be a misunderstanding regarding our app's compliance with Google Consent Mode (GCM V2) based on your previous interaction with our chat support. I want to clarify that our app is indeed compliant with Google Consent Mode (GCM V2). However, we were simply trying to explain that it's important to note that using our app alone does not automatically ensure full compliance with GDPR as there certain guidelines that you need to follow and fulfill on your own such as having the right settings in Shopify and crafting/displaying your own privacy and GDPR policy pages.
I have sent you an email discussing this in further detail. So, please feel free to discuss this further with us as we're more than happy to help.

My support person Therese was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure that I got a tricky issue figured out. Support was very quick even though I contacted them at 3am in the morning. The app is easy to use and offers the needed customization settings without being overly complex.

Had problems with the banner, i.e. the 'Read more' link was "empty" on mobile phones, but worked as expected on laptops. The support fixed it in some minutes. The woman was very nice too. Very pleased!

Seemed simple enough but I had an issue where using the default Ride theme on Shopify, I had a red circle icon appear when hovering over 'Got It' on my Cookie Bar. The chat support were immediate and are going to help me sort out the matter but it involves editing the cursor code for a default template! Not quite the simple procedure I wanted but the support is very good.
