Grundsätzlich waren wir mit der App zufrieden, Support war gut, macht was es soll. Generell problematisch sehen wir den Versuch oder die Absicht immer den stets teureren Plan zu verkaufen. Es wird mit den Basics geworben, prüft man dann seinen Shop stellt man fest dass wichtige Features fehlen um den Shop rechtssicher zu halten. Der nächste Plan ist preislich für kleine Shops dann nicht realistisch. Es geht nicht an dass man für eine Consent App bald soviel bezahlt wie für das Shopify System an sich.

Erweiterte Funktionen für eine vollumfängliche, strikte Rechtssicherheit (wie automatisiertes Deep-Scanning, Geo-Targeting und die sichere Speicherung von Consent-Logs) erfordern jedoch enorme Serverressourcen und ständige Anpassungen an neue Datenschutzgesetze. Diese aufwendige Infrastruktur spiegelt sich in den höheren Plänen wider.

Terribly buggy. User selecting allow all cookies was setting consent to deny all (verified in browser console). As a result, we had virtually no visitors cookie'd, choking off our Meta data flow. Additionally, the do not sell/share data box didn't work right (again, as verified in browser console).
