EW: EU Withdrawal Button &Form

Installation was quick and the button appeared on our store immediately — no technical issues at all. Really appreciate that the app was ready before the June 19th deadline, which gave us time to comply without any last-minute stress. Great tool for any Shopify store selling to EU customers.

This application was very easy to install and it took me about 10 mn to do it. It has a free plan that I choosed since actually my site has activity only 4 to 5 days per year, but if I was to have a real activity along the year, I would not hesitate to choose a payment plan since it is really worth it.

Die Einrichtung war schnell und völlig problemlos. Die App ließ sich ohne technische Vorkenntnisse in meinen Shopify-Shop integrieren und war innerhalb weniger Minuten einsatzbereit. Besonders positiv finde ich die automatische Eingangsbestätigung per E-Mail sowie die übersichtliche Verwaltung der Widerrufe im Dashboard.

Funktioniert einwandfrei – sowohl im Footer als auch im Hamburger-Menü. Die Einbindung hat zwar etwas länger als die angegebenen 5 Minuten gedauert, da zunächst ein wenig ausprobiert werden musste, aber letztlich ließ sich alles selbstständig umsetzen. Entscheidend ist, dass alles stabil läuft und wie erwartet funktioniert.

Muy buena aplicación para cumplir con el nuevo requisito del botón de desistimiento de la UE. La instalación ha sido bastante clara y la versión gratuita permite crear la página, añadir el formulario y dejar el enlace visible en el pie de página.

Agradezco especialmente que permita empezar sin coste, algo muy valioso para pequeñas tiendas y autónomos. La recomiendo totalmente.

Vielen Dank für diese tolle App. Ursprünglich wollte ich die eigene Shopify Integration nutzen, die angekündigt wurde. Da ich jedoch positives Feedback von Kollegen hörte, habe ich mich entschieden die App ebenfalls auszuprobieren und was soll ich sagen... Sehr gut strukturierter Aufbau, die Integration ging kinderleicht und war nach wenigen Minuten einsatzbereit. Großes Lob an die Entwickler. Ich starte ebenfalls erstmal mit der kostenlosen Version, dafür wirklich vielen Dank das Ihr solch eine Option anbietet!!!

J'ai apprécié la simplicité pour mettre en place ce bouton, l'UE doit penser que tout le monde a un service informatique mais ce n'est pas le cas dans un petit commerce qui fait très peu de vente. Je remercie les développeurs de cette application qui travaille et laisse la gratuité pour des sites comme le mien, et dès que je pourrais j'envisage de prendre un abonnement.

ca ne fonctionnait pas sur le moment, ma page personnalisée m'a un peu perdue, mais tout est ok désormais. Alors si j'ai réussi alors que je ne suis pas douée en informatique, vous allez y arriver. J'ai personnalisé, j'ai fait des tests, il faut nécessairement passer une petite commande test car sans noter le numéro de commande, ca ne marchera pas. Dès que j'ai saisi mon numéro, mon article s'est affiché et je pouvais le sélectionner. Vraiment top cette application ! Le seul point négatif c'est que la réponse reçue par le client est en anglais, et si l'on veut le mettre en français, c'est dans la partie payante. J'y viendrais dans quelques mois, si j'ai suffisamment de commandes car ce n'est pas le cas actuellement. Vraiment je recommande cette application, merci aux développeurs.
