Withdrawal button and form for EU Directive 2023/2673. Set up in minutes, no code required.
EU Directive 2023/2673 requires online stores selling to EU consumers to provide an electronic withdrawal function, applicable since June 19, 2026. This app adds the two-step process to your store without any coding. A visible button opens a withdrawal form, customers automatically receive a confirmation email, and you manage all withdrawals in your Shopify admin. Set the status of each request and export the records as CSV or PDF.
- One-click setup: activate the button and form in the Theme Editor, no code.
- Automatic confirmation emails: customers receive instant proof of withdrawal.
- Order verification and status management: matches order numbers automatically.
- CSV and PDF export: download withdrawal records for your documentation.
- Withdrawal form available to your customers in 8 languages.
