I am on the free version of the app. It fulfils the EU withdrawal requirement well. The form completes the task in 3 steps. Very helpful for my website.
i don't know. Installiert, eingerichtet, getestet. Funktioniert wie es soll.
Einzig, dass man normale Dinge wie Mailvorlagen oder Übersetzungen nicht individualisieren kann ohne ein kostenpflichtiges Upgrade, finde ich unschön. Solche Dinge sollten einfach dabei sein.
Aber solange es auch in der kostenlosen Version seinen Zweck erfüllt, ist es ok.

Gerade eingerichtet. Etwas umständlich zu einrichten aber funktioniert.
Die durchgeführte Tests funktionieren wie erwartet.
Very quick and easy set up - everything works as it should. We sell digital products which are instantly fulfilled and downloaded, so this is a bit of a waste of time, but at least we're compliant.
Scheint problemlos zu funktionieren. Über die genauen Tarife (Preise) ist nicht so viel gesagt, man weiss nicht exakt, in welchem Tarifmodus man sich befindet. Das weitere wird der Zeitverlauf zeigen.

Wenn du keinen kostenpflichtigen Tarif ausdrücklich gebucht hast, befindest du dich automatisch im Free Plan. Ein kostenpflichtiger Plan wird erst aktiv, wenn du diesen bewusst auswählst und über Shopify bestätigst.
App works exactly as it should! We do not do a lot of business in the EU- but this was a very easy solution to continue offering our goods to the EU! Highly recommend if you want a free and easy way to remain compliant.
Tolle App, die genau das tut, was sie soll. Das Bezahlen für den Pro-Plan lohnt sich m.E. nach, aber die kostenlose Variante reicht auch für kleine Shops. Schneller Support übrigens und ein deutsches Tool, was sowieso schon sympathisch ist. :)
I just installed Revoq on two of our Shopify sites running in Debut. Revoq's customer support was both excellent and timely, and their on-line documentation walked me through the four or five steps to get Revoq running in a matter of minutes. One of my concerns was us being compliant by the deadline and Revoq's support got me there with time to spare! I'm a very happy camper!! I wish I could give them SIX stars!!!

Revoq bietet je nach Shopify-Theme und gewünschter Einbindung verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Einrichtung. Unser Support-Team hilft dabei selbstverständlich gerne weiter.
