My experience with this app so far has been great. Cost is reasonable compared to other apps I researched and the app is relatively easy to use. Experienced a challenge while setting up recurring dates and Jeff was a great support - got back to me quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions.
I would highly recommend this app to merchants looking to offer a well rounded event ticketing experience.
I'm glad we figured it out! Always here to help. Thank you for the great review. -Jeff
Phenomenal app. Support is just a DM away.
I was honestly a little skeptical of paying a per-ticket fee. This app is so well done I am inspired. Totally worth the cost. Launched our site in 48 hours and have already sold dozens of tickets. Nothing in the Shopify App store can touch this app. Well worth it. You can also see the changelog and there are constant updates. Thats crucial. A+++
Wow, thanks for the great review! Glad to see you up and running so quickly.
Event Ticketing never fell short before and during our events. Always exciting when thousands of people are coming in. Also always super satisfied when our check-ins go smooth and fast. Thanks for the great support!
It is a complete app ! You would be surprised by the capacity of the software and diversity of features. I would recommend to any organization. We do 4000+ tickets per month and only have good things to say ! We never had an issue or a bug.
