Really good LTV analytics capabilities combined with best-in-class, highly responsive support. I highly recommend the app for any store with consumable products reliant on repeat purchases
We’ve used this tool for several months to track cohort retention rates and help us identify drivers of retention. It’s an an excellent visualiser of retention and I would highly recommend to anyone working to improve their repeat customer rates.
