Matrixify: Data Export Import

Indispensable for complex and recurring imports. The addition of MCP is huge!

I do wish Maibo (the AI) could provide more useful feedback (specific to the import file) but I'm sure we'll get there.

Couldn't function without it! Simiplifies the day to day operations of managing a Shopify store at scale and immensely useful for both operations and reporting data. Could not manage our product catalogue effectively without it.

Matrixify is the single most useful tool in managing a store on Shopify, hands down. Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing all use it constantly to run sales, create new content, or manage content between multiple shops. If you're a retailer of any size, you need this app. Period.

Works great, and saves tons of time! I'm still holding out for the ability to set shipping profiles for my products. This app saves me tons of time. Well worth it. - Since leaving the review, shipping profiles have been added. I just tried it out, and it saves me so much time already. Matrixify is a life-saver been using it since it used be called Excelify. Can't run a shop without it.

Was a real help to remove variants that i didn't need anymore. It took 5 hours with basic plan, but it would take me weeks to do it manually.

Honestly... I don't know what we would do without Matrixify. We manage multiple stores with thousands of SKUs and a product structure that relies heavily on Metafields/objects to define bundling/relationships and product data. It would be near impossible to manage without this app. It can do things that's simply not possible through standard exports/imports in Shopify. And it saves so much time and repetitive work. We can just build what we want in a spreadsheet and chuck it into Matrixify to execute really complex operations. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Keep being awesome.

I run multiple Shopify sites and Matrixify is the #1 Shopify app used across all departments in our business. It allows us to export, analyse, and bulk edit data from products and orders, to blogs and content management. We've used it to migrate entire sites from other platforms to Shopify, and to share data between different Shopify sites, and have never had a single issue.

Even I selected orders to export, current system doesn’t work well. The app picks all orders, or different orders.
