The bulk tracking tutorial is outdated.
Sorry to hear about your trouble with Matrixify app tutorials. All tutorial logic is the same, only some UI elements might be outdated because the app is evolving, and we might have honestly missed something.
We have checked the tutorial that you might have followed for updating tracking numbers, and it is up to date, including Matrixify app UI.
Our support team has tried to reach out to you via Email and tried calling on your stores listed phone number.
Please get in touch with us so that we can better understand what tutorial is outdated exactly. Our Support team will assist you and provide details needed for you to use the app to the fullest.
Excellent tool for import/export of products. Straight-forward and fully featured. Exceeded my expectations.
Excellent review - sincerely thank you for that from our whole team.
We are working non-stop to develop those features further. 👌
Love it. This is the best tool I've used to work with Shopify and large product catalogs. Makes updating a lot faster. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your amazing review!
Very much appreciated by our whole team... 🫶

been working with shopify for years, this is the first app I install, and can't live without it. Support is _amazing_
Your review is _amazing_!
Thank you from our whole team, and the Support especially! 👏🥹
It's a great app - easy to use, however it is a bit pricey
Thank you so much for your kind review… 👏
The app is intended to be a huge time saver, that should outweigh the price many timer over. We really hope it true also in your case.
About the app price - while the capability to pay depends on the store, let us just add that the app price has remained unchanged for 6+ years, from the beginning, while adding new features all the time.
Also, we do not plan to increase the price in a foreseeable future, so you are on the stable grounds.
What else - in case you have two stores - you can pay just for one and sponsor the other from Matrixify Settings.

Excellent Shopify app for updating and changing almost any shopify data. Easy to use, fast and super powerful!
Amazing to have your review!
Thank you so much from our whole team!
Matrixify is one of the best apps for exporting and importing data within shopify. The amount of hours saved is well worth the cost.
Amazing to hear that - indeed this is exactly what we build Matrixify for! To save your time, and your sanity.
Thank you from our whole team!

Easy to use. You get a download of the import results with reasons why a product may have failed to import.
Yes, that's totally one of the things we wanted to give precisely - so that you can see overview of fails while the import is running, and download the results file where for each product you can clearly understand - what went wrong, and have a hint how to fix that.
Sometimes we give there a technical reason that comes directly from Shopify, but still - hopefully it's helpful.
Really happy that this specific feature resonates with you.
Thank you for your amazing review - from our whole team!

Great app. Very easy to use and works every time. So much better than using Shopify's native export function. This app is highly recommended.
Wow, thank you enormously for your review.
This means the world to our whole team, highly appreciated!
Good conclusion of the very hard-working week.
