Works really well. Makes it easy to process a lot of data in Shopify. Way more easier than Bulkeditor or so on.
So glad the big data jobs feel easy with Matrixify. Thanks for the kind words! ❤️
It's an amaizing tools that help to manage and clean our data confident and user friendly
Managing your data without the headache is exactly what we're after! Thank you! ❤️
perfekt für Massenupdates mit Excel
Perfekt gesagt - danke! ❤️
Best app! I love that shows the errors before it crashes the websites
Thrilled that our app was able to save you the headache. Thank you! ❤️
saved me weeks of work, ended up taking me about 15 minutes to transfer all the valueabe meta fields that Shopify export / import doesn't register. highly recommend for the advanced Shopify users transferring data
Amazing to hear about your nice experience, and than you for sharing this with us. Thank you from our whole team! ❤️
I really like this app — it’s the only thing that lets me manage and edit an inventory of over 20,000 products. Shopify’s native tools freeze past 1,000, so this has been essential. I recommend this app!
Our whole team, we really love your review - you are giving us inspiration to add more and more amazing features every day - for you! ❤️
The pricing feels like a rip-off. The $20/month plan only covers 50 companies, and $50 only covers 500 companies per job. If you need more, you are pushed toward a $200/month plan. Now that Shopify has its own B2B company system, this pricing feels even harder to justify and feels like a quick cash grab.
The instructions are also confusing, especially for bulk linking, approving B2B companies, and merging company/customer data. It is not as simple as copying and pasting.
They also do not offer real-time chat with a real person, only AI support.
Hello,
We're sorry to hear about your experience. Matrixify's plan tiers are intentionally based on data volume, so smaller stores can stay on smaller, more affordable plans rather than the higher tiers. Human support is also fully available for all users alongside the AI assistant — you can reach a real person any time at support@matrixify.app.
We've already emailed you with more detail and would love to help with whichever specific step felt confusing. Please reply there or reach us at support@matrixify.app.
It simply works and is well implemented (recalls user options, automatically created redirects, and so much more...) love it!!
Love that you noticed the little things like the auto-redirects and saved options - that's the stuff we really sweat over. Thank you so much! ❤️
