This app truly makes my life easier. With over 15K products in my store I can easily update them with this app.
Thank you for your truly amazing review - from our whole team! ❤️
This app has major flaws, unless you have a simple store stay aay, I have lost over 1000 hours of work, if I did it one at a time, I would have been better off. In want to be refunded.
Hello,
We're sorry to hear about your experience and would very much like to help look into this. The app only modifies data that is explicitly uploaded in an import file. We'd love to dig more into the specific jobs with you to see what happened, why and how to make your data imports safer.
We've already emailed you and are ready to dig in as soon as you can share the details. Please reply there or reach us at support@matrixify.app.
Great App, Simple, Powerful, and gets what you need done.
One issue is with exporting companies. If you have over 500 companies, then you need to pay for the most expensive plan.
EDIT: One day after leaving a review, they shipped a new feature that lets you filter which companies you want to export! Incredable
UPDATE 2026-04-24:
Thank you so much! This was a nice coincidence that we were already working on the development of that feature, so it came out just in time for you. 🤝

UPDATE 2026-04-23:
Hello, again!
Letting you know that the Company Filters are available now.
Please, let us know how this matches your expectations - by writing to our Support (we wrote you an e-mail from Support as well).

Hello!
Thank you so much for your nice review. About the Companies - it is hopefully a good coincidence that we are already working on the feature to allow to apply filters when exporting Companies - that will allow you to work with a smaller set of Companies without the need to upgrade.
We will let you know as soon as it's done.
ITS EASY
Very hard to use. The AI instructions are confusing. How do you get any human support. So far not impressed!!
