I would give this 10 if I could! We went live with 1500 skus and no way would it have been possible with the Shopify csv upload.
Support is absolutely amazing, Maris is responsive, thinks about what you are trying to achieve and is a delight to work with.
Tutorials are clear and extensive. Works with basic data plus metafields, all collections, Google data feeds...everything you can think of, even multiple image loading.
A must have app!
All I can say is WOW! Matrixify has been a breeze to use, and that means a lot coming from someone that is not technically savvy. I used their service to migrate order and customer data over from our previous web host to Shopify. I found their customer service and response time to be insanely fast and knowledgeable, often receiving a response within 5 minutes with the appropriate answer to resolve the issue! Great product for data migration, highly recommended!
WOW, JaneParker!
Thanks so much for your inspiring review - the Matrixify Support team is super pumped, and of course the developers as well, for that you like that combination. 🙏

Fantastic app, I'm so glad I read all the other glowing reviews and signed up. This app is saving me time and money and makes it so much easier to do bulk updates and changes to my product listings, and it's backed by one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered - Maris goes above and beyond when it comes to problem-solving, analysing, brainstorming and delivering solutions. If you use Shopify and want to be a power-user, you need Maris (and Excelify!) on your team. Thanks Maris!
Uploading and deleting orders was easy with the app. Deleting bulk is a life saver, especially when I realized some of our customer data needed to be modified.
Thank you, HappiTummi!
Bulk deleting is helpful indeed, if you need to really delete them.
But in most of cases you could also just update them. You can even update specific columns only, if you need to fix just a few fields.
If you need help with that, please, let us know via the Support, and we will point you to the right tutorial for doing just that.

Excellent app
Simple to use, and understand, and it provides amazing reports as needed for exporting
Glad the reports are pulling their weight for you!. Thanks a lot! ❤️
Matrixify is the best app if you are not just a small shop with 5 items. We are exploring B2B opportunities with Shopify and Matrixify is THE import/export tool. I am talking about 3,000 products with a total of almost 3,000 different variants. Matrixify helped me with large product, customer, and pricing. Thank you Matrixify and please continue updating as I can imagine it can only go up!
Thank you so much for appreciating our efforts, and for your kind words. Definitely, we update Matrixify every day - no end in sight! ❤️
Bad app,not working
Hello,
Looking into your account, it appears your Imports have processed correctly - the earlier run didn't update anything because a setting had the wrong data type selected, which was then corrected by your next Import. If something still isn't working the way you expect, we'd really like to help get it sorted. We've emailed you about this and would love to hear more. Please reply to that email or reach us at support@matrixify.app.
Love this app!
Thank you so much ❤️
Why does Matrixify require that every user give ITissible, Matrixify's Latvia-based parent company, their personal data including shop owner name, email address, phone number, address?
Why is that data necessary for what this app does? Answer: It isn't needed.
So why is Shopify condoning ITissible's requirement that Shopify paying subscribers give all their personal data to this private company in Latvia? What are they doing with the personal data?
UPDATE A FEW HOURS AFTER I POSTED INITIAL REVIEW ABOVE: Someone from Matrixify called and left a voicemail seeking to "resolve the issue and explain how that owner detail, permission thing works" in Shopify. The person says they sent an email and have not heard back yet. That would be just hours ago, and there is no email not even in spam folder. I see their comment below this also.
They're blaming it all on Shopify.
They're complaining that I didn't open a ticket with them about this.
This is crazy.
Matrixify has already wasted a lot of my time, as have the AI assistants that all pointed me here.
I'm not going to file support tickets with a company because their data privacy policy is shocking from the limited info they provide at install - just state in clear simple language VERY clearly and publicly what your data policies are. That's it.
I'm not going to get half a PhD in this topic, nor in coder-speak (?what is a "scope string"? Why do I have to learn their jobs just to learn what their data privacy policy is?)... not on my time and dime.
And no, I'm not going to call them in Latvia.
As for their 'explanation' here, Shopify already has the shop owner name, address, phone number, email address, etc - why would user have to agree again to give it to them? That isn't what's happening.
Clearly Matrixify has my personal data, that's how they called me on my phone and how they would have emailed me.
Just wow.
When Matrixify is installed, we request zero access scopes from Shopify (literally an empty scope string). The prompt asking you to share store owner details comes from Shopify itself by default for every app install — we have no ability to disable or opt out of it.
Matrixify is a product of Latvia based company "ITissible SIA". It's not a different entity, it's the same business entity that develops Matrixify app.
As a registered business, we are legally required to document our customers for anti-money-laundering, tax, and audit purposes. It's a compliance requirement on our side, not something the app uses to function.
We didn't receive a support ticket from you on this, but we'd be glad to walk through it in more detail. Our Support team has reached out to you directly via email. We're a small team and take every review seriously.
