Matrixify is a lifesaver. It allows me to upload and modify thousands of products and collections quickly and securely. If there are any errors, the import history makes it easy to fix them right away. It automates and streamlines the product upload process, making it much more efficient
We are truly grateful for your review, thank you so much from our whole team! 👏
Hands down - One of the best apps in the Shopify store - without their comprehensive exports (which I then consume in PowerBi) I would have not been able to clean up our store's database (which consists of 10's of thousands of products and orders) in such a short time. Along with that - their customer support (which at times is within a few minutes) and help in providing me with answers to my questions - is probably the best out there. Thank you so very much Team Matrixify!!!
For your backlog - create an app that tracks a history of all changes to my products that I can export :-)
Hands down - one of the best feelings in the world is to get a review like yours. Thank you so much from our whole team!
About your suggestion for product change history tracking - a basic perspective of Products changes can be seen in the "Activity" export. But we have written from our Support to your e-mail to find out more about your needs.

For all the times that Shopify reports fail, this app has your back. We installed it just to import our Magento information. But it was so useful we still have it 2 years later. Our accounting department uses this daily and will never give it up.
Oh, thank you to the stars and back about your amazing review from our whole team!
It's so rewarding to see that our work makes sense to you, and even your accounting. Actually, when we develop Exports, we always have that perspective in mind - to be able to use as reports, have the values summable, groupable, e.g. for Pivot tables.
See you around!

The best app to handle bulk imports, exports and updates in Shopify!
The only thing I'm missing is language translations. We have multiple languages in our shop and a matrixify style workflow to handle translations would be great.
UPDATE:
Letting you know that Translations are implemented now live.
Thank you for asking and for your patience... ❤️

Thank you very much for your nice review!
About the Translations - it is in our plans, and we have added significant +points from you for raising the priority for this.
No exact date known yet, but it's coming sooner or later...

We've had this for years on all 4 of our Shopify stores. Best decision we've ever made, it's powerful, easy to use and the support is awesome (especially the videos). Managing a Shopify store without Matrixify, would be like driving blindfolded with your hands tied behind your back. Well done iTissible, keep up the good work!
Wow, such a joy to read your review, and feel that our efforts are worth it. It's very hard to make Matrixify do all those things, so we work on it every day - to make it better and better for you.
And the support team is putting the icing on all that cake, so they too appreciate your every word. Words are our love language. ❤️
Very nice comparison about not driving blindfolded - and glad that you can drive with open eyes. 👀
Thank you a thousand times from our whole ITissible team! 🤝
Matrixify is absolutely indispensable for our operations. We recently experienced a brief moment without it, and it was a serious wake-up call for how much we rely on this tool. The app is robust, easy to use, and packed with features that simplify bulk management in Shopify. Highly recommended—don’t run your store without it!
Oh, wow - thank you so much, seriously, for your words of appreciation. We work very hard to make this magic happen, so what you are saying - brings tears of happiness and love in our eyes. You are amazing, thank you! 🫶

Great app, makes all the export and import needs so much easier and is such a great improvement from the implemented shopify feature, that I wouldn't know where to begin. They also have a very easy to understand tutorial section which never leaves you hanging.
Absolutely worth it!
Wow, thank you so much for appreciating our efforts! 🤩🙏

I was able to migrate all my transactions from Square to Shopify myself. Matrixify has very robust capabilities but their how-to guides make it easy to do it yourself.
Very glad you made it - impressed for your skills and precision with the Matrixify. Especially because we don't have an automated migration from Square yet, but still, you used the right approach to migrate it anyway, with your bare hands. Huge respect! 👍
And thank you from our whole team for your review.

The best app on Shopify! The amount of features included in this app is unbelievable, it single-handedly assisted in the migration from Magento to Shopify, transferring millions of orders/products with ease. The support is awesome, the fact you can hop on Slack 24/7 and get a response off a real person makes the monthly fee worth it 100x over!
OMG, thank you so much for your outstanding review. And above that - thank you for so truly appreciating the work that we have done over 7+ years, and continuing to improve every day non-stop. 🥰

I just wanted to take a moment to express how impressed I am with the quality of both your customer service and technical teams! I had completely forgotten about a request I sent a few months ago, which Matrixify was unable to address at the time—but your team didn’t forget! And now, you’ve just informed me that you’ve found a solution to my problem.
A big thank you to the entire team for demonstrating such great professionalism.
Happy to be of service, and thank you for appreciating those efforts! 🤗
