Worked seamlessly and support was very helpful. Would recommend for any bulk import/export needs.

Useless app, also the support not responding for days
Thank you for raising your concern regarding the Matrixify app. Our reply here is around one day late as it takes around a day or two until Shopify approves and publishes app store reviews, which is when we first see it.
From our Support system we can see that both your email ticket and in-app feedback was replied to on the same day within few hours since receiving them.
Please check your mailbox spam and other folders for our replies from mailto:support@matrixify.app.
Our team is quite shocked to receive such a negative feedback seeing that our support have replied to your messages and hope that we can resolve the issue.
As it is suspected that email is an issue here, we recommend joining our Slack workspace where you can also contact our support directly - https://matrixify.app/contact-us/.
We are sure that this is just a misunderstanding and are looking forward to get in touch with you so that you can use the app to the fullest.

Matrixify is amazing. I don't know what we would do without this wonderful app. It's very useful for many different tasks. In my opinion it is worth every cent.
Wow, you are amazing!

A app em si funciona bem se souberes mexer com codigo ou tiveres o mínimo de conhecimento desta área. Penso que podiam ser mais ativos e ajudar nas dúvidas dos clientes como outras app fazem em vez. No entanto, resolveram o meu problema no final. Obrigada.
Love it! An absolutely essential app if you are migrating from another platform or if you have a large database of products.
Love you back! Thank you so much for your great review, and for trusting Matrixify with your large migration! 🫶
Makes it easier and faster migrating from Woocommerce to Shopify
Thank you so much for appreciating our efforts to make that migration from WooCommerce smooth for you... 🙏
great customer service. the best I ever had via Email. so quick I'm still shocked.
Great review!
Those reviews come in with 1-2 days delay, so this response to the review is not so quick. About the e-mail, our Support team feels very appreciated that you liked that. 🥹
