did nothing for me and you are still charging me
Hello,
App charges on Shopify are a standard subscription that bills automatically once approved, independent of how much the app is used - so a charge can land even when the app hasn't yet been set up to do what you need. It looks like your one import was run in test mode, which by design doesn't change any store data, so we'd love to help you run it for real and get real value from it.
We've already emailed you about both the charge and the setup - please reply there or reach us at support@matrixify.app, and we sure can certainly dive more into it together to resolve the issues.
VERY powerful.
We use it daily to update inventory and product information for 17,000 products.
If you need to update / import / export big product spreadsheets, this is what you need.
Highly recommend.
VERY powerful review - thank you so much from our whole team, sincerely! 😍
I do not recommend it for me. I have updated my rating from one star to four. This system requires advanced knowledge to navigate effectively, and I initially struggled with the CSV and RSS feed data. So, if you think it's plug-in-playplay. It is not. You will need some advanced knowledge.
Yes, you are absolutely right that Matrixify app requires the skills to work with Excel or CSV files. Working with data on the technical level is the very essence of Matrixify app.
Thank you very much for your humane attitude and updating your review.
If you decide to still give it a try, please work with our Support - we will do our best to help you achieve your goal.

Did the job quick and uncomplicated - excellent tool.
Matrixify made migration of my old Magento store to Shopify a much easier task than I expected.
Thank you for your appreciation - really glad your migration went smoothly! 🫶
Great App. Very easy to use!! Highly recommended
There’s no way to unsubscribe from the mobile app. That is frustrating, please update. iPhone iOS and IPad
Hello!
Thank you very much for allowing our Support to resolve your issue.
We have checked the app on iOS and iPad Shopify app - the Plans menu item is found under top menu, and in the "More" button at the screen bottom.
In the iOS browser - that is a bit tricky indeed, as now all the Shopify Admin and Apps navigation is pushed to the hamburger menu on the side. That's the Shopify design requirements for apps.
Very sorry about that frustration, and thank you for the feedback - we'll try to improve that.

Nice clean interface. Super fast and helpful customer service. I have only used this to edit MetaTags... works nicely for that.
I used Excelify to migrate from Woocommerce to Shopify. The video tutorial was super clear and it all worked perfectly. Highly recommend.
Wow, Strepelle - so nice to hear you liked it!
Our pleasure!

I used this app to transfer contact list from wix to Shopify. It doesn't transfer all the information but it makes it easier to transfer emails at bulk.
