An amazing application. It has been a revelation, or perhaps a revolution in terms of managing my Shopify sites. A huge time saver, and incredibly easy to use.
Revelation or revolution - we'll happily take either. Thank you so much! 🫶

Hello,
Our records show the app was actually used on your account - jobs were run and exports completed, so this wasn't a case of the app doing nothing.
During the support tickets for both your Shopify stores, the refund request was approved here, not refused.
On the plans: the app never picks or requires a specific plan - when a job exceeds a plan's limits, it shows every available plan with its exact limits, and you choose the one that fits based on each plan's limits shown on the same page.
We've emailed you the details and hope to resolve the misunderstanding. Please reply there or reach us at support@matrixify.app.
