Matrixify: Data Export Import

We've had this for years on all 4 of our Shopify stores. Best decision we've ever made, it's powerful, easy to use and the support is awesome (especially the videos). Managing a Shopify store without Matrixify, would be like driving blindfolded with your hands tied behind your back. Well done iTissible, keep up the good work!

Matrixify is absolutely indispensable for our operations. We recently experienced a brief moment without it, and it was a serious wake-up call for how much we rely on this tool. The app is robust, easy to use, and packed with features that simplify bulk management in Shopify. Highly recommended—don’t run your store without it!

Great app, makes all the export and import needs so much easier and is such a great improvement from the implemented shopify feature, that I wouldn't know where to begin. They also have a very easy to understand tutorial section which never leaves you hanging.
Absolutely worth it!

I was able to migrate all my transactions from Square to Shopify myself. Matrixify has very robust capabilities but their how-to guides make it easy to do it yourself.

The best app on Shopify! The amount of features included in this app is unbelievable, it single-handedly assisted in the migration from Magento to Shopify, transferring millions of orders/products with ease. The support is awesome, the fact you can hop on Slack 24/7 and get a response off a real person makes the monthly fee worth it 100x over!

I just wanted to take a moment to express how impressed I am with the quality of both your customer service and technical teams! I had completely forgotten about a request I sent a few months ago, which Matrixify was unable to address at the time—but your team didn’t forget! And now, you’ve just informed me that you’ve found a solution to my problem.

A big thank you to the entire team for demonstrating such great professionalism.

If you're looking for a powerful and seamless tool to manage data migration to Shopify, I highly recommend the Matrixify app. Whether you're uploading, migrating, or downloading historical and incremental data, this app is designed to handle it effectively.

We used Matrixify to migrate five years' worth of customers and orders data—a challenging task for all parties involved, including us, Shopify, and the Matrixify team. Despite the complexity of issues like API rate limits and record failures, the support provided by Renars and Maris at Matrixify was outstanding. Their diligence, quick response times, and commitment to resolving issues were truly impressive.

Once you set up an enterprise plan, Matrixify provides dedicated support through a Slack channel and a point-of-contact to ensure smooth communication and troubleshooting.

Overall, Matrixify is a reliable solution for businesses looking to manage complex data migrations to Shopify. Keep up the great work!

Excellent app! Importing inventory is a breeze. Been using this app for almost 1.5 years and cannot imagine our life without it. Default Shopify inventory export/import is a pain! Thank you for solving this problem, Matrixify! Cepuri nost tautiešiem!

I had 1,500 old orders to import from a Wordpress ecommerce site. The Matrixify app did an excellent job and now all of my old orders are in my Shopify site. It wasn't easy, though. VERY steep learning curve to get my data formatted in a spreadsheet correctly. But when I had a question, the staff responded immediately and helpfully. So overall it's a really great app but it's mighty complex for the average user.

Saves a lot of time! Moving from BigCommerce to Shopify was initially daunting, and I was skeptical about paying for a subscription for what seemed like just importing and exporting CSV files. However, the service proved to be well worth it. It streamlined the entire process, saving hours of manual work and ensuring everything was transferred accurately. Highly recommend for anyone switching platforms!
