This app is essential! It's the best way to import and export data. The documentation and support are also top notch!
Thank you from the whole Matrixify team! ❤️
This app is epic, and the fact that the free tier is still fully functional makes life so much easier for small businesses. Thanks Matrixify team

Hello,
Our records show the app was actually used on your account - jobs were run and exports completed, so this wasn't a case of the app doing nothing.
During the support tickets for both your Shopify stores, the refund request was approved here, not refused.
On the plans: the app never picks or requires a specific plan - when a job exceeds a plan's limits, it shows every available plan with its exact limits, and you choose the one that fits based on each plan's limits shown on the same page.
We've emailed you the details and hope to resolve the misunderstanding. Please reply there or reach us at support@matrixify.app.
very easy to export and import large amounts of changes.
Appreciate you taking a minute to say so. Thank you! ❤️
Solid import/export app, worth every penny! We used it migrating from Lightspeed to Shopify.
Welcome to Shopify, and thank you for the kind words! ❤️
I really like matrixify but it would be SO great if schedules could exclude weekends and specific holidays.
we've gotten around this issue but it would be nice if the ability was built into matrixify.
Thank you - that's a good suggestion, and I've added this as a feature request for the Matrixify app to improve the repeating job options. We sure will let you know when this is added to the app! ❤️
Really easy to use once you get the hang of making sure the uploads have the right column headers etc., but the support material is super helpful for getting this sorted. It works beautifully for us to update our products efficiently. Has saved us loads of time!
Saving loads of time on product updates is what Matrixify is all about. Thank you very much for trusting the Matrixify app with your stores data! ❤️
Shopify's own staff recommend using Matrixify over any other App because they know it's better than the built-in Shopify import/export option. It handles everything flawlessly in my store. The results file it generates gives me 100% confidence when I import products and other data that may need adjustments. Also, being able to access past spreadsheets and download them is a standout feature, not to mention the highly trained AI chatbot for support. I can tell the team spends a great deal of time making sure it works. If you're at your wits' end with their bot, you can also chat with a team member via Slack. The only thing that is better than Matrixify is a custom API but that's expensive to develop! I'll stick with Matrixify for now. :)
Just fantastic - been invaluable over the years, and with fantastic support too.
Years of trust is the thing we value most. Our team will be thrilled to read this. Thank you! ❤️
