An essential app for Shopify. We've used it daily for over 2 years.
So easy to use and very powerful.
It's better to use one of the (fairly affordable) pricing plans however having a free option is a great way to test it first.
I wish the documentation was more extensive as I'm sure there is more it can do for us, like setting the default options for imports.

As for the documentation - we have quite an extensive documentation about each tiny aspect of the app on our website https://matrixify.app. That also includes hundreds of tutorials of what you can do with it.
About setting the default options for imports - that's an interesting suggestion, as you cannot do that at the moment. We will write you from our Support some additional clarifying questions to see how can we solve it for you.
If you are missing another specific explanation, please, tell our Support as well, we will be happy to document that.

App charges on Shopify are a standard subscription that bills automatically once approved, independent of how much the app is used - so a charge can land even when the app hasn't yet been set up to do what you need. It looks like your one import was run in test mode, which by design doesn't change any store data, so we'd love to help you run it for real and get real value from it.
We've already emailed you about both the charge and the setup - please reply there or reach us at support@matrixify.app, and we sure can certainly dive more into it together to resolve the issues.
The free version is completely useless. This app charges you 30usd to make an export.

Just to clear up a possible mix-up - Matrixify offers a Demo plan. As the name suggests, it is meant for testing the app on small amounts of data before deciding on a paid subscription plan.
Our paid plans are priced by data volume, so smaller stores stay on smaller plans, and the entry plan starts below the figure mentioned here.
We see that you have not previously contacted our support, but we have already emailed you about this and would love to help find the right setup for your store. Please reply to that email or reach out to us at support@matrixify.app.

If you need to update / import / export big product spreadsheets, this is what you need.

I do not recommend it for me. I have updated my rating from one star to four. This system requires advanced knowledge to navigate effectively, and I initially struggled with the CSV and RSS feed data. So, if you think it's plug-in-playplay. It is not. You will need some advanced knowledge.
Yes, you are absolutely right that Matrixify app requires the skills to work with Excel or CSV files. Working with data on the technical level is the very essence of Matrixify app.

Thank you very much for allowing our Support to resolve your issue.
We have checked the app on iOS and iPad Shopify app - the Plans menu item is found under top menu, and in the "More" button at the screen bottom.
In the iOS browser - that is a bit tricky indeed, as now all the Shopify Admin and Apps navigation is pushed to the hamburger menu on the side. That's the Shopify design requirements for apps.
Very sorry about that frustration, and thank you for the feedback - we'll try to improve that.

Nice clean interface. Super fast and helpful customer service. I have only used this to edit MetaTags... works nicely for that.
