I would say the customer service is the best. I had an issue with the invoicing being sent from a different email and the exchange it team rectified the problem and worked on adding a way where I can choose which email to sent from. I am happy and would highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service and support! We had a couple of queries and requests with the Team, and Adrien & Alex were second to none in getting everything arranged for us, and following up in a prompt manner. Highly recommended for functionality, and the team in support.

Works perfectly just click on an existing order then choose Exchange It from the drop down and create a new order for that customer at $0 without having to apply any discount. Order can then be fulfilled as you normally would.

This app saves hundreds of hours of customer service time in processing exchanges. We've searched and there's nothing better than EXCHANGE IT. Additionally, the customer support is outstanding, highly responsive and they truly care about their customers.

Simple app that is affordable comapred to others. Would like to see more new features and would happily pay a little more to make it a one stop shop returns portal.
