We started using Exei’ AI Agent on our Shopify store & WhatsApp to handle customer service, and it's taken a good chunk of repetitive support work off our team's plate. Common queries that used to need a manual reply now get handled automatically, which has freed up time for the things that actually need a person. Beyond improving support efficiency, it's also helped drive growth by recommending relevant products to customers based on their intent, leading to better product discovery and more conversion opportunities.

Order updates now go out to customers over WhatsApp in real time, so we get fewer "where is my order" messages than before — customers just see the update as it happens instead of having to ask.

We also use the Shopping Assistant for product discovery. When customers search for something on our store, it helps point them toward relevant products, which has been useful for browsers who might otherwise leave without finding what they need. We've also seen it contribute to growth by recommending products based on customer intent, helping increase conversions and average order value without feeling pushy.

Setup was simple and it fits into our existing Shopify workflow without any disruption. Overall, it's been a solid addition to how we handle customer service, drive product discovery, and support revenue growth on the store.
