Customer support is awful. I don't recommend this app.
Hi there, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience with our support team.
We want to clarify that our support team responds to all tickets within 24 hours on business days. Queries submitted over the weekend are queued and handled promptly starting Monday. We apologize if your request fell during that time.
In the meantime, we have detailed help documents and video tutorials available here: https://docs.thedotstore.com/article/1231-installation-setup
Please create a support ticket here: https://www.thedotstore.com/support-ticket/ and we'll personally ensure your issue gets resolved quickly. We're committed to helping you succeed with our app.
The free version doesn't even let you use the "1" limit of creating Extra Fee Charges for our Shopify store. Conditional logic is not included in the free version. Even at the time, the free version allowed you to add only 1 fee.
