The team has been extremely helpful in getting this set up, couldn't recommend more. The tool itself is very good, and the team will tailor to be just how you want it. You get as much out of it as you put in, the more granular the detail the better!
Terrible experience! I installed the app to test it and configure sizes, but the customer support is nonexistent. I sent a request to understand how to set up bra sizes with different cup options, no response. I followed up multiple times, but complete silence. If an app offers no support, it’s completely useless. Total waste of time! I strongly advise against downloading it because without assistance, you can't even make it work properly.
Dear Mysanity team,
We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your support request. This was our oversight, and we truly regret any frustration it may have caused.
You're absolutely right that we currently don’t have dedicated instructions for setting up bra size charts, but we’re more than happy to assist you with a personalized setup session to ensure everything works perfectly for your store. Our goal is to make size management as seamless as possible for you.
Please reach out to us directly at support@eyefitu.com or dmitry@eyefitu.com so we can schedule a session at your convenience. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with the best support and ensure your experience with our app is a great one.
The EyefitU team has been very supportive and the tool is working well for our business. We have received no complaints regarding the sizing recommendations provided to our customers and the number of returns due to incorrect sizes has decreased.
